Privacy & Confidentiality

This page explains how Good Leader 360 handles data collected from leaders and from people invited to give feedback (followers).

Developmental use only

Good Leader 360 is a developmental tool. Results are for personal growth and are not intended as evidence of misconduct, competence, fitness for duty, or clinical diagnosis. Reports should not be used as sole input to hiring, firing, promotion, or disciplinary decisions.

What we collect

  • Leader account: email, display name, optional leadership context, and your responses to the self-assessment.
  • Follower feedback: relationship group (supervisor, peer, direct report, other) and item-level responses. No follower name or contact information is stored with the feedback.
  • Development plan: priorities, weekly log entries, and reflections you choose to record.

Anonymity of follower feedback

Follower responses are anonymous. Reports are only produced when at least three followers have responded overall, and a relationship-group score (for example, "peers") is only shown when at least three people in that group have responded. This threshold protects individual identifiability.

Who can see what

  • Only the leader can view their own self-assessment, combined report, and development plan.
  • Followers see only their own responses on the page while submitting; they cannot see the leader's self-assessment or anyone else's feedback.
  • Aggregated follower data is only exposed to the leader through the report — the raw individual submissions are never returned to the leader's browser.
